Today Partners Law Group obtained confirmation that the court entered final judgment for its client DefensTech International, Inc., in the amount of $1,450,000 against Defendants William J. Murphy and C&W Murphy and Associates Inc. The hotly contested business litigation case included complex intellectual property issues and causes of action for Trademark Infringement, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Unfair Competition, Intentional Interference With Prospective Economic Advantage, and Negligent Interference With Prospective Economic Advantage.
